Hey there! I’m Hardy Vibert, based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, and I’m the proud owner of two exciting businesses, PHH Hospitality and Vibe Investments. I’ve had the pleasure of turning my passion for nightlife and real estate into a lifestyle, and I’d love to share a little about my journey with you.

From VIP Host to Real Estate Investor

I started out in the hospitality scene, running PHH Hospitality—a company that brings together the best of LA’s nightlife with exclusive VIP experiences. If you’re looking for a table at the hottest clubs, or just want to make sure your night out is one for the books, PHH Hospitality has you covered. I’ve had the privilege of working with top-notch venues like WarWick Night Club, ensuring guests get the VIP treatment they deserve. It’s been a wild ride, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Alongside my hospitality hustle, I run Vibe Investments, a real estate investment company that focuses on multifamily properties. I’ve always had a keen interest in real estate, and after diving into the market, I realized that investing in multi-family units was a no-brainer. Vibe Investments allows me to combine my love for business with my eye for investment opportunities, specifically in the St. Louis & Las Vegas Markets.
