Roots in Stoughton, Massachusetts | Where It All Began
I was born in Stoughton, Massachusetts, just outside Boston, and raised in the Greater Boston area by my mom. As a first-generation immigrant and single parent, she raised me and my two brothers all by herself. She worked incredibly hard to provide for us and give us opportunities despite the challenges.
She taught me resilience, the value of showing up every day, and the importance of building real connections with people. Those early lessons in work ethic, strength, and community became the foundation for everything I’ve built since. Growing up in Massachusetts instilled in me a deep appreciation for hustle and genuine relationships. Boston’s energy gave me a love for people and experiences, even if I didn’t know yet that it would lead me far from home.
After a few years in college, I decided to take a break and chase bigger dreams. In 2012, I made the move to California with very little except determination. That leap marked the true start of my entrepreneurial path.
The Big Move to California | Starting from Zero
In 2012, I arrived in Los Angeles with no connections and big dreams. I quickly secured a 9-to-5 job, which provided stability while I adjusted to a new city. After working for about a year, I felt the pull to create something of my own.
That’s when I launched my first business: 10 Dollar iPhone Cases. It was a simple idea, but it took off and became a real success. The experience lit a fire in me, it showed me the thrill and freedom of entrepreneurship, from creation to marketing and sales. That spark changed everything.
With newfound confidence, I started going out more in the LA nightlife scene. One night, I walked into Playhouse Nightclub just looking to socialize and build a crew in my new city. What began as a desire to connect turned into my next big opportunity. The club took a chance on me despite zero experience. They saw my energy and willingness to learn.
I dove in headfirst, learning how to read a room, make guests feel like VIPs, and build relationships night after night. Those early years were my true education. Mentors in the industry showed me the ropes, and I absorbed everything. It wasn’t glamorous; it was late nights, consistency, and proving myself over and over.
This phase taught me that entrepreneurship often begins with showing up, taking calculated risks, and saying yes to opportunities, even when you’re unsure where they’ll lead.
Building PHH Hospitality | Turning Passion into a Business
After honing my skills at Playhouse and other venues, I faced a pivotal question: Keep building someone else’s brand, or create my own?
That’s when I launched PHH Promotions, which grew into PHH Hospitality Group. I handled everything from business registration and venue contracts to building a loyal client roster. It was gritty work, figuring it out as I went, delivering unforgettable nights, and turning one-time guests into lifelong friends.
Today, PHH specializes in VIP experiences, bottle service, event promotion, and curated nightlife across top LA venues like Warwick, The Hideaway, Poppy, and more. We don’t just book tables, we create full experiences: transportation, atmosphere, and that exclusive vibe people remember.
The key? Relationships and consistency. I treat every client like family, remember their preferences, and follow up personally. This people-first approach turned PHH into a trusted name in Hollywood hospitality.
Expanding into Real Estate | Thinking Long-Term
Nightlife taught me how to create value in the moment, but I wanted to build lasting assets. After years in hospitality (and inspired by books like Rich Dad Poor Dad), I founded Vibe Investments.
I started from scratch, self-educating on markets, numbers, and strategy. My first acquisition was in St. Louis, a smart entry point where the math worked for someone without generational wealth. I focused on value-add multi-family properties: acquiring, improving, and managing them with the same relationship-driven mindset from hospitality.
Real estate gave me stability, especially through challenges like COVID when nightlife slowed. Today, Vibe Investments manages a growing portfolio across states, emphasizing strong tenant relationships, integrity, and long-term wealth building.
Balancing both worlds showed me you don’t have to choose one lane, you can build multiple businesses that feed each other.
Lessons Learned and What’s Next | The Entrepreneurial Mindset
My journey, from Massachusetts to founding PHH Hospitality and Vibe Investments, hasn’t been smooth. There were tough times: industry shutdowns, personal losses (including my mom’s battle with cancer), and the grind of starting with nothing.
What carried me through? Three things: relentless consistency, genuine relationships, and long-term vision. Reputation is everything, protect it, nurture it, and let it open doors. I’ve learned that entrepreneurship is about showing up, learning from failures, betting on yourself, and always leading with intention. I’m most proud of the journey itself: coming to California alone and building something real through hustle and heart. Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep expanding both companies, mentor others, and create more impact through the Vibe Mastermind Society and exclusive content. If my story resonates with you, whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, remember: Start where you are, stay consistent, and build with people in mind. The path won’t be linear, but it’s worth it.
